Bahagia Park is a concept of twelve high-quality houses in the center of Kerobokan. The group of buildings shall be set up in a big tropical park of 8000 m2 with bamboos, ferns and tropical trees and each unit shall be surrounded by exotic, colorful flowers and plants. Bahagia Park is designed for people with style, and for people who like nature and peace in complete privacy.

In this Balinese dream scenery two groups of six houses each are going to be built, each group having its own, half Olympic size swimming pool. Between the two groups of houses there shall be a club house being ideal for a social get-together of all occupants.

The structural standard shall be very high and only most precious materials such as Merbau wood, natural stone for the floors, granite for the work surfaces as well as ironwood for the roofs shall be used.

Houses having 144 m2 living space shall be set up on plots of an average size of 400 m2. Each house shall have an air-conditioned sleeping room, a living room, a storeroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a very big covered terrace in colonial style.

Bahagia Park shall be tended daily by a team of reliable and skilled gardeners. Also the two pools covered with green natural stone shall be ready at any time with crystal clear water, be it for an early morning swim or for a splashing in the afternoon. 

For the cleaning and maintenance of the houses we have our own trained crew. The unoccupied houses shall be opened, aired and cleaned daily. The occupied houses shall be cleaned as per the occupant's request.

A security officer shall be positioned at the main entrance. Next to the main entrance a covered car park of 250 m2 for 12 cars shall be located. The entire grounds shall be supervised around the clock.

Each house shall be provided with its own electricity supply of 7700 watt including an electricity meter as well as with a telephone connection and a television circuit.
